Huevos Rancheros

Tortilla de maíz remojada en aceite, cubierta con chips, 2 huevos tiernos, res desmenuzada, salsa ranchera y de tomatillo, y quesos cheddar y Monterrey. Servidos con arroz y frijoles. / Corn tortilla wet in oil topped with chips, 2 over easy eggs, shredded beef, ranchero and tomatillo sauce, cheddar and Monterey cheese. Served with rice and beans.
