Una pechuga de pollo deshuesada y sin piel, enharinada y bañada en mantequilla de huevo. Salteada en mantequilla cajún. Se sirve con arroz y frijoles. / A boneless, skinless chicken breast floured and dipped in egg butter. Sauteed in cajún butter. Served with rice and beans.
